Independence and limits

Nobody should have to guess whether a mention here was bought. This page removes the guessing and marks the edges of what the features can be relied on for.

Last revised July 27, 2026

Money has never changed hands

Not once has a place written about here paid to appear.

The list of things that do not exist at this publication is short and complete: affiliate arrangements, commission, sponsored features, advertorial, paid placement. Nothing was gifted, comped, discounted or arranged. No advertising runs on the site.

Costs come out of the working funds of Wandrux Publishing LLC, the Florida company holding the title, and out of nothing else.

Any departure from that would be written here and on the About page, and each affected feature would carry a plain line above its first paragraph rather than a footnote at the bottom. Advertising would be marked as advertising, and the Cookie Policy would be rewritten before a single item reached anyone's browser.

The edges of what this is

Wandrux publishes. It does not sell travel, arrange travel, resell travel, compare travel prices, or represent anybody who does.

No page here has a basket, a checkout, a price, or a way to pay. No element of a trip is put together for a reader, and nobody has ever been passed along to a partner, since none exists.

Not one operator of flights, rooms, resorts, vehicles, tours or reservations is connected to this title, and no sentence here was written because somebody asked for it.

Two days go out of date fast

Each feature covers two specific days in one city, and prints the date it was published for exactly that reason.

Markets move. A street closes for a season of works. Hours shift, ferries retime, a stairway shuts for repairs, and a quiet district becomes a construction site inside a year. What is written here was checked as far as was reasonable at the time and is not monitored afterwards.

Verify anything you plan to rely on with a source that is current: the city itself, the operator, the venue. Corrections sent in are printed at the top of the piece with a date.

Nothing here is professional advice

No part of this site constitutes legal, financial, medical, insurance, immigration or tax advice, and it should not be read as any of those.

Where a feature touches documents, permits or entry rules, it reports what applied to one traveller on one trip. Those rules turn on nationality, purpose and date, and they change without warning. Ask the relevant authority or a qualified adviser.

Remarks about pavements, heat, daylight and busy hours are observations from two days, not safety guidance. They do not stand in for a posted sign, local advice, or your own read of the conditions on the day.

About the pictures

Every frame was made by the writer on the trip its feature describes. Not one of them came from a stock library, and none was bought or licensed in from anywhere.

The frames get exposure, contrast and colour work, as any professional photograph does. Nothing is composited, relocated, or built out of several moments, and no object is painted in or taken out.

They belong to Wandrux Publishing LLC and are not open for reuse. The Terms of Use set the boundaries.

No promises about your version

Nothing written here undertakes that a stay you take will resemble the one described.

Weather is not repeatable and seasons are not interchangeable. A city that felt calm on a Tuesday in April is a different animal on a Saturday in December, and the features say so instead of quietly implying that two days stand for a permanent condition.

Others named in the text

Nothing on this site links out and nothing is embedded from elsewhere.

A city, a public authority, a market or a park named in a feature is named as a fact of the description. That is not an endorsement, none of them has anything to do with this publication, and none of them answers for what it says.

Getting it wrong

One person writes, shoots and edits all of this, so mistakes happen. Factual errors are corrected at the top of the affected feature with a date, never quietly.
